2024 Hunting Season
For the 2024 Elk hunting season, we offer Non-Guided, Guided, and Drop Camp Hunts for archery, muzzle loading, and rifle (1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th seasons) in game management units 581, 501, 500, 58 and 50.
There is very limited availability this year for Drop Camps hunts, so if that’s what you’re interested in, give me a ring!
Non-Guided Elk/Mule Deer Hunt
$2500 per hunter
Have Multiple Tags? $500 per additional tag.
Seven day hunt
Cabin lodging with running water and comfy beds
Three meals a day
Pack out services for all big game animals available for $750 per animal.
You provide your own transportation from M Lazy C Ranch to you hunting destination
Location scouted prior to arrival and hunting locations provided by Mule Creek Outfitters.

Guided Elk / Mule Deer Hunt
$5000-$6,500 per hunter (depending on GMU)
Have Multiple Tags? $500 per additional tag.
- 5-7 day hunt depending on hunting season.
Experienced guide services (one guide per two clients)

- Three meals a day
Pack out services for all big game animals
Transportation – depending on the distance.
- Horseback for an additional fee.

Drop Camp Elk Hunt
$2500 per hunter

We love rugged DIY hunters, we’ll get you into the primitive wilderness hunt of a lifetime!
Five day hunt
Spike camps available including wall tents, wood burning stones, cots, propane cooktops, lanterns, tables, chairs & firewood
Hunters must bring all other equipment and prepare for Colorado weather.
(Temps can drop to -20º F)
Pack out services for all big game animals $750 per animal.
Have your own outfit and need us to pack you in and out? We can do that! Discounts to hunt groups with there own gear.
